CEMS VSE Student Simon Senčar Receives Josef Hlávka Prize

Simon Senčar, the ESOP 2022 Award Recipient, adds another award under his belt and wins the Josef Hlávka Prize bestowed upon best students and graduates of Prague public universities, Brno University of Technology and young talented workers of the Czech Academy of Sciences!

Simon is a graduate of the Bachelor of Business Economics and Management programme and is now continuing his studies in the MIM/CEMS programme, this year’s CEMS School of the Year. As part of his CEMS studies, he is currently attending the prestigious University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

The Josef Hlávka Prize, under the auspices of the Hlávka Foundation, is awarded annually to talented Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral students who have demonstrated exceptional ability and creative thinking in their field.

The award ceremony is always held on the eve of 17 November at Josef Hlávka’s castle in Lužany.

VSE Fellow Award recipients: Anastasiia Shchur (FIS), Martin Časta (FFU), Petr Tomčiak (FMV) and Josef Klement (NF) were also awarded.

The admission procedure for the CEMS/MIM Programme at VSE offers 2 intakes, upon which selected students have to pass the assessment centre.

1st intake deadline is on February 28, 2023.
2nd intake is subject to available spots; the deadline is on April 30, 2023.

Prior to the application deadline, students have to submit the required documents.
