CEMS Student Simon Senčar Wins in ESOP 2022 Contest

Every academic year, the best students’ written works are awarded in the ESOP (excellent students’ research work) competition.

This time, a CEMS student Simon Senčar was awarded for his bachelor thesis “Are Teachers Objective and Impartial in Evaluating Business School Students or Do They Pursue Other Goals?” In his work, he researched the extent of grade enhancement at a large Central European Business School, the characteristics, motivations for such behaviour and other factors in play of teachers that enhance grades.

  • His thesis was supervised by Petr Houdek, PhD.
