10 Tips from the CEMS Alliance for Networking in a Virtual World

A recent CEMS poll revealed that the Covid-19 pandemic has shattered global networking as we once knew it. The CEMS Global Alliance offers ten tips to help you forge your networks in this new, post-pandemic workplace: www.cems.org

As we all know, networking is key in establishing oneself, especially at the beginning of a career, and working from home during the pandemic has had a major impact. CEMS Alliance surveyed the CEMS community via LinkedIn to ask “Do you believe the pandemic has adversity affected your opportunities for networking”.  They had 496 votes with  90% saying yes and 10% no.  They then asked corporate practitioners and academic members of the CEMS network for their tips on networking in a virtual/hybrid world of work.  These top 10 tips are summarised in a video prepared by a CEMS Alliance member, the National University of Singapore, or described in detail in the press release down below.
