🔹 Future Key Account Manager | Prague

An intensive preparation for a business management role that provides you with an opportunity to join our organization for 9-12 months with the intention to offer a full-time managerial position as Key Account Manager upon successful completion of the program.

  • You will be an integral part of their Key Account Team: You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee responsible for a category or a customer. You will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom. You will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies based on an in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes. You will learn and execute concepts of market development and consumer behaviour in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (online, hypermarkets, supermarkets, drug stores, among others).

For final year students, (BA/MA) or fresh Bachelor/Masters graduate up to 12 months after graduation with the possibility to work 9-12 months for a minimum of 24 hours per week. Driving license (active driver). Fluency in Czech or Slovak is required for the position.

🔹 Future Finance Leaders Program | Czech Republic

Traineeship opportunity to join the best-in-class Finance & Accounting organization for 6-12 months to work on projects with real impact on the direction of the business and be exposed to current issues such as fast-growing channels (discounters, e-commerce), competition and customer reality.

  • For students in final years of studies (BA/MA) of all faculties with interest in Finance or recent graduates (up to 12 months after graduation), strong leadership and strategic analysis thinking skills, proficient in English and fluent in any of the following languages: Czech/Slovak and/or Polish, Hungarian, Croatian, Latvian, Ukrainian.
