Join the McKinsey & Company Prague office and become part of their HR teams as an HR Intern.
You will work with HR team members and you will also cooperate with other colleagues located in the Prague office and in Central Europe.
You will work a maximum on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).
You will copy and scan documents, ensure data accuracy through setting standards, paper personnel files creation, uploading and maintenance, including processing and e-filing all employees paperwork and other documents of record.
In this role, you will support the implementation of digital people systems, position management process and data repository in Data Management System.
You will report the status of data completion and organize files for other HR colleagues as needed and requested. You will collaborate with relevant HR colleagues to ensure accuracy of entry data into relevant employees´ files. You will also provide administrative support for various HR projects and processes, as needed.
Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak is required for the position.
