CEMS Annual Events at AUC School of Business Cairo, Egypt /Nov 30-Dec 2, 2022/
The networking event of the year, CEMS Annual Events 2022, is just around the corner and about to be held in Egypt from November 30 to December 2, 2022. The Annual Events are organized on a rotating basis by the 34 member schools, with AUC School of Business (The American University in Cairo) being the host this year. The CEMS MIM Graduation Ceremony will be held by the Giza Pyramids on Friday, December 2nd.
During these days, members of the whole CEMS family gather in one place – graduates of CEMS partner universities, their relatives and schoolmates, board members, executives, academic staff, corporate partners and alumni. This year, VSE is represented by Prof. Jiří Hnilica (Dean of FBA, CEMS Executive Board Member), Assoc. Prof. Ladislav Tyll (Vice-Dean for International Relations and the programme’s Academic Director), Martina Čížková (Programme Manager) and Šárka Otčenášková (Corporate Relations Manager).
The Annual Events are the highlight of the CEMS year. Attended physically and in a hybrid mode online by, the agenda comprises a series of academic and corporate meetings with discussions held and best practices (like diversity and inclusion, sustainability or the upcoming CEMS 35th anniversary) examined. Diverse committees and organisations convene on a formal basis, with certain decisions and announcements made at the Annual Meeting Plenary Session concerning academic and corporate affairs. In addition, students and alumni report on the year’s activities, with changes to their respective boards made official over the course of the event.

The admission procedure for the CEMS/MIM Programme at VSE offers 2 intakes, upon which selected students have to pass the Assessment Centre.
The 1st intake deadline is on February 28, 2023.
The 2nd intake is subject to available spots, the deadline is on April 30, 2023.
Students have to submit the required documents before the application deadline.
