BP Final Presentations – May 17, 2019

Final presentations in May 2019:

• Peer Evaluation

Students will be evaluated by the company&tutor + by their teammates. Please, fill in the file and send it to Sarka Otcenaskova by Thursday, May 16, 2019, at the latest.

• Final presentations at VŠE will be held on May 17, 2019 (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) in NB 169

Each team will have 20 – 25 minutes for its presentation including the video. Students’ presentation should be a shortened version of the presentation at the company. In case there is some confidential content, students have to customize their presentation to the audience.

During this presentation, students are also expected to share their video (it will not probably be complete, students might want to include also the final presentation at the company, reactions of the CP representatives after the presentation at the company, school presentation, final efforts the day before the presentation….). The best way is to upload it on Youtube and insert a link into the presentation.

• Final presentation – file submission

Friday, May 17, 2019, 7:00 a.m. – deadline for providing Šárka Otčenášková with the presentation including the link for the video students would like to use during the session. We would appreciate if you have a USB with the presentation and the video prepared on this day. As mentioned below, the video doesn’t have to be complete on May 17.

• Final presentation at the company

Each team is supposed to have a presentation at the company before May 24, 2019. The date can be postponed when agreed among all parties. Please, note that the presentation can take half a day.

• Video

The purpose we request students to make the video is that VŠE or the company can use it to promote CEMS/BP/cooperation between students and CPs. Also, students can use it for their own purposes. It is a part of the evaluation (max. 5%) – CPs and tutors will evaluate it. It should take 1 – 4 min and convey the relevant information, what you were working on, the company should be visible; it is recommended to discuss the content also with the company representatives. Using a cell phone for the shooting is fine. Students are supposed to submit the video by Friday, May 24, 2019, at the latest. The best way is to upload it on Youtube and send it to the company, tutor and Sarka Otcenaskova.
