Job offer for graduates: Global graduate programme with AMPLIFON!

How the program is structured

Amplifon Records Graduate Program is an 18-month selective international talent programduring which participants will gain adequate skills and knowledge to navigate our organization and one specific business function.

The 18 months consist of three challenging rotations within one business function but three different teams.

The first two assignments, of three months each, will take place within our Global Teams, and for the last assignment the program participants will work in one of our countries for 12 months.

What is the program like?

• You will deep dive into one business unit but will learn how three different team’s function.
• You will spend 12 months on the assignment abroad in one of the 26 countries immersing into the local market.
• You will ideate a Sustainability project with one of our Global teams and implement it during your assignment abroad.
• You will receive mentorship and guidance from Amplifon Leadership Team.
• You will collaborate with international colleagues across the world.

After the program

Once the program is over, all participants will continue their path with Amplifon in roles that match their skillset and available positions across the organization globally.

Who can apply

This program is meant to attract talents that will become future leaders of our company. Therefore, we are looking for participants that match the following characteristics:  

• Top Academic Performance.
• International Experience of at least 6 months.
• Working experience of max 1 year and minimum 6 months.
• Willingness to relocate and have a global career during and beyond the program.
• Extracurricular experiences (volunteering, students’ organization, sport) are a plus.
