ŠKODA AUTO graduate’s Trainee programme helps you in finding your subject of study – an exciting and inspiring one, for certain. During one year, you may try out working within various departments of ŠKODA AUTO. Plus you may get involved in some innovative projects – within the field of e-mobility, perhaps. You can choose: TECH-TRAINEE PROGRAM or BUSINESS TRAINEE PROGRAM.

Marketing, sales, strategies or HR – develop those with us. Find out about how it is going within one of the greatest businesses in Czechia. Get to know both specialists and other trainees from around the world. You are guaranteed the guidance of top-class professionals. Together, you fix a plan of which departments you sneak into throughout the year. You may even attend a three-month internship abroad.

bachelor’s graduates, studying master’s or doctor’s degree either as a combination with their bachelor’s or remotely

Couple of additional information

Our programme is suitable mainly for economical-oriented graduates.
You must apply within the period of 2 years after completing your degree.
We appreciate the practical experience. But it is not among conditions of acceptance, as we teach you everything necessary.
The programme is international. A high level of English is a must.

Application’s submission: October – January
Open competition: December – February
Commencement: March

How to proceed?

Apply for a chosen Trainee subject and attach your CV. You may apply during your studies, as you must be a graduate once commencing the programme.

How is the selection like?

You submit the application, complete language exams, attend either a personal or Skype interview and present yourself in the assessment centre. You get to know the results straight away.
