Financial Times Global Masters in Management Ranking 2025: CEMS MIM Prague among the world’s top programmes

The CEMS Master in International Management at the Faculty of Business Administration, Prague University of Economics and Business, has once again claimed the top position in the Financial Times Global Masters in Management Ranking. In 2024, the programme ranked 17th globally, maintaining its strong performance in recent years (16th in 2023 and 18th in 2022).

The ranking reflects mostly the strong career outcomes for graduates. Average salaries three years after graduation now exceed $101,000 per year, with steady year-on-year growth. This success continues to attract ambitious students.

Additionally, the CEMS MIM programme in Prague has produced remarkable alumni, including Michaela Bauer (former Member of the Board of Directors at ČSOB, currently taking on a new role as CEO at Slovenská sporiteľňa), Andrea Hurychová (founder of WeDigital Prague), Martin Luňáček (co-founder of Portu), Matouš Michněvič (Managing Director CEE at Adyen), Marek Moravec (founder of the venture capital fund Nation 1), Adam Rajnoha (Co-Founder & CEO at YORD), Jan Rožek (General Manager at Electrolux), and Lucie Rožková (Head of Sales Support & Digitalization, UniCredit Leasing). Other notable emerging leaders are Lucie Bášová (Mumdoo) and Martin Fortelný (Advanto).

“Top international companies know CEMS and actively seek its graduates,” says its Academic Director, Ladislav Tyll. “They consistently recognize that these are highly competent individuals and hiring them brings multiple benefits. The companies also play a key role in maintaining the programme’s high standards, both financially and by participating in the study content, especially its practical component. They arrange internships and consulting projects where students tackle real business challenges. In Prague, our general partners are Škoda Auto, Plzeňský Prazdroj, and its parent company Asahi Europe & International, and Hilti.”

CEMS is an alliance of 33 top universities worldwide, including HEC Paris and the University of St. Gallen. Prague students benefit from this alliance through a compulsory exchange semester at one of the partner universities, which gives them access to schools that are usually very selective and costly.

This consistent ranking underlines the programme’s global importance, high graduate satisfaction, and its strong position among the best management programmes in the world.
