November 18th-20th, 2010 (2-day skill seminar) Case Study Adventure McKinsey & Company Case Study Adventure is focused on high-profile Master's students seeking challenges and willing to develop themselves. November 24th, 2010 (1-day skill seminar) Customer Platform Management in Hilti Hilti ČR Students get a deep look into case solving techniques and presentation skills. May4th and 11th, 2011 (1-day seminar) Knowledge management in Process-based Organization ČEZ, a.s. The seminar aims to introduce the students to the role and principles of Knowledge Management (KM). The students will learn about the best practices, methods, tools and processes of Knowledge Management. The most important steps associated with the principle of identification, capture and transfer of knowledge and experience, the students will practice in a particular case study, which will be evaluated at the end of the seminar.The transfer of the nuclear knowledge will be a significant part of the program (excursion into the nuclear power plant).

  • 4.5. 2011 (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) – excursion to the nuclear power plant Temelín, presentation of KM and case study introduction (transport from Prague and back is organized by ČEZ, a.s.);
  • 11.5.2011 (10-12 a.m.) - case study solution presentation and evaluation.

May 3rd, 2011 (1-day seminar) Selecting the Right People Hilti Content of the seminar will be as follows:

  • Increase the quality of interview technique to enable you to select the right people for the company.
  • To better understand the values, competences and motivation of a candidate you will interview.
  • Search for evidence for the opposite of your impression by asking CARD questions.
  • The selection team needs to share these criteria and have a common understanding of how to judge the criteria.
